It has been issue after issue since I started coming here. Opened a line of credit in husbands name without any type of consent cause they had all his info from our insurance company. Then when I call to tell them about the discomfort and how they’re way too big for my mouth the receptionist told me “well then don’t wear them” cause I’m spending all this money to not be able to wear them right… sends text alerts about appointments then when you show up for set appointment the same reception again I don’t care what your text message says your appointment ain’t for another hour. Again very rude and unprofessional. Oh and schedules appointments on days they are closed. Now cause I have an attitude with everything that’s happened they are refusing services after they’ve been paid for services not received from line of credit. Still in my temporary denture and it will be a year in august. Would avoid at all cost. Next step is contacting the lawyer, dental board, and credit card company.

Was expecting dentures in a day, on 2nd visit the false teeth were twice as long as my current dentures. And I told the technician I was having trouble seeing the teeth in the small mirror and low light. They the took impressions of my old dentures and told me to come back in a week When I went in for 3rd visit the teeth were shorter but I noticed they were gray, the tech said "that is the color you chose" to which I replied "no one showed me any color" also I could see my gum line when I smiled, and showed the tech. To which she replied "you are never going to be happy, so you should get a refund and go someplace else"!! Worse customer service ever! I have spent 3 afternoons off work to drive to this place, to pay for what they call "premium" dentures and it is all a waste.

My first time was amazing considering what I was there for Dentures. Made me feel so at ease. Everyone there was friendly and that comfort my nerves. I have nothing but positive vibes about my experience there. Great Job Affordable Dentures

My experience started great. Then, I had an issue with a sharp peice in my upper. Called on a Fri about 1, no answer. Got a text asking what I wanted. Told them . No response . Called Monday said it would be 3 weeks. Filed it myself. Going on 7 months should be getting the wax but it got rescheduled because " their to busy". WOW!

This was written before it all went down hill I changed it to 1star and thats only because the nurses were nice. I wnet to at least 8 different appointments and you still couldn't get it right the doctor basically told me id have to deal with it put them in and wear them thats hard to do when they dont fit you take peoples money and rip them off then I'm told to just deal with it up yeah no So far so good the people were friendly and very helpful they explained everything great I go back in a week for a first fitting I'm so excited but there people so far are great!!! :)
